We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything from the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, location, breakfast, and staff was excellent. The room we stayed in was spacious and romantic, with impressive views from the balcony. The breakfast was delicious and homemade, served outside with a great view of the surrounding area. The staff was very welcoming, bubbly, and attentive to our every need.

We spent our New Year holidays in an amazing place with an authentic Italian vibe. the property was located in a peaceful and relaxing area, with a breathtaking view and surrounded by nature. the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a romantic ambiance. the best part was the breakfast, which was homemade and delicious, including juicy cakes and fresh bread, served by a friendly and attentive hostess.

The only inconvenience we experienced was a lack of privacy in the connecting room between the bathroom and the bedroom. the security measures were not very strong, which made us feel a bit uneasy.

We were warmly welcomed with Rosso Piceno on the terrace. Spacious and romantic room, cleaned daily. Stunning views from the house. Lucia served the best breakfast in Marche. Bubbly host with great humor.

This weekend was just what we needed! The location was perfect - not too far from the city center but still peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast offered a delicious variety of homemade baked goods and local specialties, and the views were breathtaking! We also appreciated the friendly and attentive host, who made us feel right at home.

While most aspects of the weekend were fantastic, we did find the privacy and security lacking. It would have been nice to have a more secure room key and secure garden gate, as well as a bit more privacy between the bathroom and bedroom.

The stay at this Italian stone palace was a perfect escape from busy city life. We loved the peaceful surroundings with the sound of birds and cicadas in the mornings. the hostess was kind and caring, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. the spotlessly clean room was spacious, with a lovely bathtub, and a great view. the home-made breakfast with delicious cakes and croissants was a definite highlight of our stay. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing Italian experience.

Although the security could have been better, it didn't affect our overall positive experience at the hotel.
